Terms and Conditions for "TopTips"



Please read the following. The following information is basically a contract between you and TopTips. By accessing or using the "TopTips" app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the "TopTips" app.

  1. Who are you contracting with?

The company that you are contracting with is TopTips APP LTD, which is a company registered in England with its registered office at  71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, UK

  1. Scope of the "TopTips" app

The "TopTips" app is an online platform that allows users to create, review accommodations, share, and view short videos and other content.

  1. Use of the "TopTips" app

You may use the "TopTips" app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the "TopTips" app:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

  • For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content or otherwise.

  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.

  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the "TopTips" app, a "TopTips" employee, another user, or any other person or entity.



  1. User Content

  • Responsibility for user content: You are solely responsible for all content that you upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the "TopTips" app ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, power, and authority necessary to grant the rights granted to "TopTips" under these Terms.

  • License grant to "TopTips": By posting or uploading User Content to the "TopTips" app, you grant "TopTips" a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display your User Content in any media or platform, whether now known or later developed.

  • Right to monitor and remove content: "TopTips" reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate or that violates these Terms or any additional terms or guidelines.



  1. Intellectual property rights

The "TopTips" app and all content and materials included on the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of "TopTips" or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content or materials on the "TopTips" app for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of "TopTips."

  1. Disclaimer of warranties

The "TopTips" app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. "TopTips" makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the operation of the "TopTips" app or the information, content, materials, or products included on the app. "TopTips" will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the "TopTips" app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

  1.  Suspending or ending our relationship

Your rights

You may end your relationship with TopTips at any time by simply closing your account and stopping your use of the Platform.  However, depending on your Platform settings, some of your content may still be available on the Platform after you delete your account.

TopTips’ rights

If any breach of these Terms and conditions or our Community Guidelines, we may look further into it. While we do so, we may take down some or all of your content, or suspend your access to some or all the features of the Platform, acting reasonably and objectively depending on the seriousness of the suspected breach.

We, subsequently, might determine to temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate your account, or impose limits on, or restrict your access to features of the Platform if:

  • we determine, acting reasonably and objectively, that you are in material or repeated breach of these Terms or our Community Guidelines;

  • we have objective grounds to reasonably believe that you are about to seriously breach these Terms or our Community Guidelines;

  • we are legally required to do so; or

  • it is reasonably required in response to dealing with a serious technical or security issue.

If we have previously terminated your account for breaches of these Terms or Community Guidelines, but you use our Platform again (for example, by opening another account), we are entitled to suspend or terminate any such accounts.

If you think we have made a mistake in suspending or terminating your account, you can appeal through the appeal functionalities and send us an email at appeal@toptips.ltd and we will review our decision and decide again.

For the avoidance of doubt, if we suspend or terminate your account, or you delete your account, you will lose access to TopTips.
